Move with Love will be hosting a restorative sound bath this Monday, June 30th, from 6–7 pm on the grassy lawn right off Abbott & Saratoga St. in Ocean Beach. We’ll be surrounded by the sound of the waves, the ocean breeze, and the healing frequencies of the bowls.
This is a space to relax, reset, and reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with the rhythm of the moment.
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and anything else you need to feel cozy and supported.
