Join us for Fireside Frequency, an evening designed to soothe your soul, raise your vibration, and connect you with conscious community.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation, helping you drop into your body, release stress, and prepare to receive deep relaxation and energetic alignment. From there, you’ll be immersed in a multi-facilitator sound bath, led by:
