What Is Move with Love?

Move with Love is a collective reimagining of what care can look like. With a mental health perspective, we see how current systems often keep us isolated, unwell, and dependent when the tools for our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being already live within our communities. We believe care should be rooted in connection, love, and accessibility.

Founded by Adria, a social worker and community facilitator, Move with Love builds spaces where we support one another outside the limits of broken systems.
