A Love Letter to the Community

This is more than a wellness space. This is a movement. A remembrance. A return.
Move with Love was born from years of pain, resilience, deep listening, and the knowing that access to healthcare, mental health resources & holistic care should not be a luxury: it is a birthright. It grew from hospital rooms, crisis lines, long nights holding others and holding myself. It grew from surviving chronic illness and from the desperation of seeking care I could not afford. It grew from witnessing how many of us are hurting in silence, and how deeply we are craving connection.

We are here to make wellness accessible, intentional, and rooted in love. We serve the healers, the caretakers, the ones who were never given a place to rest. We serve those walking through grief, transition, reclamation, and rebirth. We serve YOU. Our goal is to infiltrate school systems, hospitals, jails/prisons, government agencies, corporate, caregivers, we believe our systems of are care not accessible to those who need it.
