Rachel Frank is a Southern California-based Laughter Yoga teacher, breathwork and meditation guide, and comedian. With a passion for raising the vibration of joy, Rachel draws from her personal journey of overcoming depression and transforming negative thought patterns. She is dedicated to helping others heal and embrace self-love, using laughter and mindfulness practices to open the hearts of those she encounters.

Sydney Daly-Weber
Sydney Daly-Weber is a certified Reiki practitioner, Sound Healer, and Circle Facilitator, specializing in crystal therapy, sound healing, breathwork, and tarot card readings. After overcoming personal struggles with anxiety and health issues through holistic healing, Sydney now guides others on their healing journeys. She fosters supportive communities through her Soul Circles, providing a safe and judgment-free space for participants. Sydney is also the creator of the Create Your Phase Wellness Festival, a transformative event blending art therapy, yoga, sound healing, and local vendors to inspire connection and personal growth.

Anita Bokil
Anita Bokil is an Ayurveda Health Counselor, Meditation Instructor, and certified Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of experience. She specializes in guiding individuals to discover their unique body constitution, addressing imbalances, and promoting healing through the natural principles of Ayurveda. Anita’s holistic approach focuses on treating health concerns at the root cause, helping her clients achieve lasting wellness and balance.

Alexandria Florez
Alexandria Florez, a mother of two, discovered ASMR’s calming effects during the Covid pandemic, thanks to her son. Inspired by its impact, she left her high-stress food service job to create ASMR Collective SD, a unique bodywork destination that opened in November 2024. Passionate about fostering connection through ASMR, she likens it to the bonding of skin-to-skin contact and aims to bring its benefits to the San Diego community through group sessions. Her mission is to promote serenity and deeper relationships, enriching lives one gentle whisper at a time.

As a Trauma Informed Somatic Practitioner, Em guides you into the body and invites you to lead from the heart. Through the subtle wisdom and truths of the body, we align to our highest values and expression of self.
As a lover, practitioner, and life-long student of a wide-range of psycho-spiritual modalities and embodiment practices, Em shares and offers new perspective, tools, and practices that come from different traditions and wisdoms. Briana Salas is an intuitive healer, energy alchemist, and spiritual guide dedicated to helping others unlock their inner wisdom, balance their energy, and reach their highest potential. As a certified trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, she integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic healing to create safe, transformative experiences. Her heart-centered workshops blend intuitive activation, chakra balancing, and manifestation with meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy, and interactive exercises. Passionate about guiding others to trust their inner voice and awaken their spiritual gifts, Briana creates spaces for deep healing, self-love, and alignment.

Kristina Leigh
I am a natural healer with nearly 10 years of experience in tarot and metaphysical magic. My passion lies in creating a safe space for vulnerability, allowing people to express themselves and explore their own journeys. I believe that love is the greatest force in the universe, and I aim to share that transformative energy with others.

Stacey Polacco
Stacey Polacco is an author, certified community leader, and mindfulness meditation teacher with over 25 years of experience in meditation and personal growth. Her global journey to deepen her practice has taken her to places like Myanmar and Sri Lanka. Since 2018, Stacey has been dedicated to teaching, leading retreats, and fostering community through her organization, where she offers mindfulness meditation, discussions, and teachings. Sharing the knowledge and insights she has gained over the years is her greatest passion.
